Healing Beauty came out of the emotions I was having about the world needing to heal. The tragedy of COVID was becoming apparent and police brutality against black men had all of us heartsick. Anger, hurt and pain were all around us. You could not escape it unless you were totally off the grid. Yet when you look out to a vast blue body of water you start to breathe deeper, and your heart rate slows, you feel a kind of healing immediately. That is what I am communicating with Healing Beauty. Some very good friends that are two of the best people on the planet purchased this painting. I am so happy this piece has found such a great new home
